Tended to by a team of wine experts led by Jesse Katz, the resort’s vineyards feature 12 acres of vines, which bear Malbec, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes used to create special private label releases. As a benefit of homeownership, founding residents can have a row of these vines christened in their name.
